There is no need to have a certain level of fitness, or have previous fitness experience. Our program is designed to cater for each and every individual.
You are more than welcome to bring a friend or family member with you.
Next, is to begin our Foundations Course. This consists of 3 sessions – During which time you will be taught basic technique/skills and fundamental movements unique to CrossFit. This is the first step for everybody new to CrossFit Kerikeri, regardless of physical ability or experience.
The program will cover the following:
1. Press, Push press and Push Jerk.
2. Back squat, Front squat, and Overhead squat.
3. Deadlift, Box Jump, KB Swing, Burpee, and Wallballs.
All movements can be altered and modified to suit individuals.
Monday/ Wednesday/ Thursday at 5.45 – 6.45pm.
$150 per person, or FREE when you sign up to a membership.
Once you have completed our Foundations course, you are ready to join our regular classes.
