HOW TO GET STARTED

 

Intimidated by the idea of CrossFit? we often hear people say – “I need to train to go to that gym” or “Those people are way too hardcore” this is not unusual. Here at CrossFit Kerikeri we have designed our program to facilitate all abilities, ages and genders regardless of ones experience and exposure to fitness.

The first thing to do is come in and experience one of our CrossFit classes – your first class is FREE (Bookings are essential so please contact us to arrange a time).
